The fantastic and luxury gifts website, Gift Library, kindly gave me a very cute companion in the shape of the Ice London USB man. One of the great things about writing this blog is that you come across websites and products you may never have found and I get to share them with you. Its a lot heavier and sturdier than the photos suggest and its legs bend like a lego man so it can sit on your desk or monitor, which is where I keep it.

I’ve even given my little guy a name – Fred. And the great thing about Fred is that you can talk all day to him and he understands and listens and never gives you a hard time or answers back, or whinges or moans.

At the same, he carries with him all my great memories and photos of my family and friends and I can trust him to look after them at all times

If you’re ever stuck for a gift for the person who has everything, then the Ice London USB man makes an excellent choice. At £45 it might seem a bit pricey, but its made of a heavy metal and is an extremely well-made piece that exudes indulgence and luxury.  Its also a great talking point in an office environment or living room which will make you smile every time you look at it.
