How Our Gadget Habits Can Make Us All a Little Bit Greener

I knew posting an infographic would lead to something! But I love them, and here’s one thats really relevant to us gadget freaks – and those of us trying to make ourselves that bit greener. Oh, I’ll also do a great giveaway too! I Promise (it’ll be the very next post!)

MoneySupermarket recently ran a huge survey about our gadget-use and have created a useful infographic that aims to make us make our gadgets make sense for the environment. It really does make fascinating reading with  some great ideas

Suits You Sir! The Discerning Gentleman’s Infographic from Next

Infographics are basically a way of representing useful information or data in a visual way. They often hark back to those old-style advertisements you would see in newspapers (if you’re THAT old!),  but are also part of our everyday visuals – The London Tube Map is a perfect example of an infographic that has stood the test of time.

An infographic done well is a great way for marketers to get their message across and like many things have become a bit of an online craze.

Next has used the medium of infographic really cleverly to help men find the perfect tailored suit

Mens tailoring infographic Tip your hat to men’s tailoring
From slim fit shirts to shiny new brogues, get asmart, stylish and sophisticated look. Whether you’re looking for a wedding suit or a new working wardrobe, get that bespoke feeling with Next’s men’s suits from their growing tailoring collection.

I’m loving this infographic craze – if you have any good links, let me know in the comments below

Enjoying the Footie? Get your Face On

I know its not everyone’s cup of tea, but I have to admit, I’m a huge football fan.  In fact, I’m probably a bigger fan than my other half – so there’s usually never a fight in our house over what to watch.

So this weekend, England plays Italy in the Quarter Finals of Euro 2012 – who are you rooting for? And do you decorate your house with football memorabilia? Or even your face?

Here’s a really cute video by The Domino Effect and promotional company, Ideas by Net – who do you support?!
